Archival quality

Giclée printers use a higher quality of fade-resistant, archival, pigment-based inks. All prints are made on Hahnemühle museum grade fine art papers that are cotton based and acid-free. Archival prints have an unbeatable lifespan of more than 100 years.

Unframed Prints include a white border on the print, reducing the image size slightly. Sizes shown reflect paper size.

Framed Prints include a mat border. Sizes shown reflect the overall frame size.

Limited Edition Prints include a digital signature and the number of your limited edition print.

By purchasing my art-prints, you are also affirming your own belief in sustainable business practices. 🌿Prints are end-to-end carbon neutral, using the Gold Standard to offset our carbon emissions recommended by Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace and WWF UK. Our frames use 100% acid free materials and are FSC certified, using solid woods only from sustainable sources. We do not use veneers, MDF or any other type of reconstituted materials.

How do you guarantee the quality and authenticity of your work?

Each limited edition print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The Certificate of Authenticity ensures that your print is authorized by the artist, and limited editions have Franck Hodelin's digital signature and the number of your Limited Edition print.

How is my order shipped?

We use a mix of shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, USPS).

Average Delivery in 5-7 business days from time of dispatch (actual may vary).

About the Prints

Small prints arrive in a flat package while large prints are shipped in a tube.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you have received the wrong print in error, please contact us so we may resolve the issue.

What if my artwork is damaged when I receive it?

We take great care to ensure that all artwork purchases arrive safely. However, at times unfortunate things happen that are beyond our control and there’s a chance your order could be damaged en route. In such cases, we require that any damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our shipment carrier and thus cannot assume responsibility.

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if there’s an issue, carefully follow these instructions:

1. When the shipment arrives, examine the outside of the box and please note any visible damage when you sign for it.

2. If damaged, take a picture of the outside of the box before you open it.

3. Open the package and take pictures of all damaged prints.

4. Send all pics and your contact information to franck@franckhodelinstudio.com
